We'd point out (as does the manufacturer) that the Baby Sherpa is a Diaper Bag, except that such a description totally over-simplifies and under-describes a great product. This bag has a changing pad and deep pockets to hold dirty duds, but it is much, much more than a diaper bag !

The Baby Sherpa has bottle holders, zippered compartments and pockets everywhere, loops tohang stuff from, a generous bungee area from which to hang even more stuff and to catch and hold blankets, shoes, toys, and etc., a place to put dirty diapers, an integrated soft-sided cooler to hold a freezer pack, pouches for things like a cell phone, PDA, sunglasses, or your wallet, a pacifier clip and D-Rings to clip your keys to the bag. When the Baby Sherpa bag was designed it wasn't done by somebody sitting and theorizing somewhere in an office tower - it was done by designers that live the life that the bag makes easier - read "a Mom and a Dad".

When loading everything that the Baby Sherpa can carry into the bag and heading out, you might look a little like Big Bird from behind, but you'll be comfortable with the weight and the way the Baby Sherpa rests on your back, even when carrying everything you could conceivably need, (short only the kitchen sink and the washing machine).
