We Value our Customers Business and Take great care in processing and shipping orders.

Any Order that is $49.00 or more qualifies for Free Shipping.

Shipping Methods Anything of Value such as our Medical Kits, Backpacks, Wrist top Computers, Compasses, Eyewear, and high end Water filters ship UPS Ground or if chosen and Up grated UPS Method. Smaller items such as hats, Micro Compasses, Sandals, and Water bottles usually Ship Priority Mail through the USPS. If We are shipping to a PO Box or an APO ( Military) address, we ship Priority mail. If you have a preffered Method of Shipping you are always welcome to call our Toll Free number (866) 280-3115 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and From 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM and request your desired method of shipping and we would gladly do so.

CoastlineAdventures.Com may request your e-mail address, your name, your mailing address, or other information when we need it to efficiently and effectively conduct business with you. Examples of such use could include managing purchases of event registrations, or purchases for other services or products that we may offer.

If you request an information service from us or notifications from us when new services or products become available from us or from our group of trusted sponsors, we must have your EMail or postal address to send you the information you requested.

In every case, however, we respect and protect the privacy of guests and visitors to our Internet site. We wish to assure you that any information we request will be for our own use, exclusively. We will not share information about you nor will we authorize any uses of your information except by our staff in the management of our own business. This includes your name, any address information we may request including email, chat, or mailing addresses, and most especially any information associated with credit card or other online purchases.

We recognize the need to offer you a basic right to "opt out" of unsolicited emails, however, we do not use blanket email marketing methods, using instead an "Opt In" list from which we email only those recipients that have specifically authorized email offers from us. If you have authorized emails from us and wish to cancel that authorization, email us at Customer Service, and we will immediately honor your request. Please understand that we must email a confirmation of purchase, should you make one, EVEN IF you have requested that we not email you otherwise.

This includes when you purchase a product or service from us, when you request information (whether by mail or online) about our services or products, when you subscribe to our newsletters, or if you request direct contact with a member of our staff.

Please be advised that however we may collect personally identifiable information about you on this web site, we will not sell it, share it, nor rent it other than as disclosed below.

We do not sell, share or rent to others addresses for the sole purpose of third party marketing. Personally identifiable information is used to respond or reply to your request or inquiry, or to communicate timely information and special offers provided that you have authorized the communication. Personally identifiable information may be used for billing purposes or to fill orders. Contact information may used to get in touch with you if we have a problem with an order or reservation.

Personal information and information about your order may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records or from other sources. This information may be used to better match our marketing efforts with the perceived customer preferences.

From time to time, we may work with business sponsors or partners to offer specific services such as jointly developed and marketed products and services. If you buy such a product or sign up for such a service we will share personally identifiable information necessary for the sponsor or partner to provide these services. Credit card information will not be shared with sponsors nor with partners even when an order is jointly developed, however, although you may be required to furnish such data directly to the seller to complete your purchase.

Returns & Replacements

"Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed" - If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased just send it back within 30 days of receipt, and we will refund your money (there will be a 15 % restocking fee for special order items). Products must be returned in the manufacturer's packaging. Both the product and the packaging must be in a new, sellable condition. If either shows wear or is damaged, Coastline Adventures reserves the right to refuse to allow the return or to deduct reasonable costs associated with the less than "like new" condition. Any products returned after 30 days will be automatically applied towards a store credit or can be exchanged for another product of equal value. Manufacturer malfunction or poor workmanship - If for some reason the product you purchase is faulty or contains a workmanship error, we will replace it according to the manufacturer terms. (See Product Warranties)

Please note that MEDICAL KITS are a special case with reference to returns. As of 2/1/2006 We are adopting a more stringent return policy for Adventure Medical Kits. We have no entirely credible means of ascertaining beyond a doubt that a medical kit, once shipped to an end user and returned, has not been tampered with in any way. Because of this we must advise our customers that Adventure Medical Kits will be subject to a significant (50%) return charge if returned for refund. Our Medical Kit return policy DOES NOT APPLY to replacement or exchange of a kit if received damaged or defective. In these cases we stand by our commitment to customer satisfaction and will promptly replace or exchange the damaged or defective kit without charge for the product. Please accept our regrets for the medical kits exception to our unequivocal guarantee as given in our lead paragraph above. Our reason for the policy is simple: We cannot safely resell a returned medical kit, even if the customer assures us that it has been unopened and/or unaltered. This is for your protection and ours, and we hope and trust that you will understand our reasons for applying a special return policy to Adventure Medical Kits.

Include your original invoice, credit receipt, and / or purchase order number. Specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you are exchanging and requesting a different product, please include the new Item # and description.

We are always delighted to accept a telephone order !

We can accept any of the credit cards by telephone that we can accept from an online order, which is to say that Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are welcome.
You can telephone us to ask questions about a hat, ask advice, or just to order when you don't feel comfortable giving personal information through by means of an impersonal form on the Internet.

We are available from Monday through Friday and from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and From 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM. On Saturday you can usually reach whichever of us has caught the weekend duty and is covering our 1-866-280-3115 number on a personal cell phone. We can take your order information then too.

Sales Tax on Orders

Our physical location is in the State of California.  Orders shipped into California to residents of California are subject to California Sales and Use tax at the current rate for San Diego County.  All other orders are not subject to sales tax collected by Coastline Adventures.
