Made From Spec 50™ Lightweight Nylon
The Lena Marie is a soft, lightweight, washable, and easy to wear sun protection hat with a wide brim and an adjustable tie cord. It is made with Spec 50™ Lighweight Nylon, a combination especially comfortable in hot climates. The material uses a 3-channel fiber technology to wick moisture away and add to evaporative cooling. Spec 50 is a lightweight, quick-drying fabric ASTM certified for Excellent Sun Protection (UPF 50+).
Watership Companie is serious about sun protection. The ratings for their hats (UPF 50+) are done by the Textile Research and Testing Lab at Cal Poly State University.
The Lena Marie is available in: Sand with a Khaki Underbrim, White with a Black Underbrim, Sand with a Black Underbrim, Khaki with a Black Underbrim, Khaki with a Black Underbrim and Black Check trim, and San with a Red Underbrim.
